检修思路及步骤:
1、输入不同信号源,喇叭均无声,排除单个接口问题;
2、菜单中选择系统设置复位,再开机仍旧无声,排除系统软件原因;
3、区分切换电路还是功放问题:外接信号源,将音量开到最大,示波器测试功放YDA147的第5、9脚的音频信号正常,说明前级信号处理均正常,问题在功放级;
4、测YDA147第3、13、14、23、24、37、38、47、48脚供电电压为14.5V第4脚3.3V,正常;
5、因为是数字功放,测芯片的29脚CKOUT时钟波幅正常,相关控制信号脚电压:26脚SLEEPN休眠3.2V、27脚PROTN保护3.2V、28脚MUTEN静音的电压为0V。
6、这个芯片资料不好找,好不容易找了一个原版的。研究芯片资料,26、27脚电压3.2V为高电平,属于正常工作状态,但第28脚0V说明芯片处于静音状态,问题应该在此。跑线路,发现静音电路由一个代码08的NPN三极管和一个双二极管或门电路组成,其中一个二极管正极始终为3.1V导致三级管处于导通状态,拉低了28脚电压,因为无电路图,无法确定信号来自哪里,试着挑起三级管集电极,开机使用声音正常,遥控器静音键仍旧正常操作,无信号时也没有杂音。试机一天,无任何异常,交差。
